- Cancellation: If for any reason you cannot attend the ALD/ALE 2022 conference you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477, heather@avs.org by June 10, 2022, to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds can be given for cancellations after June 10, 2022.
